Thanks, Rick! I would encourage you and anyone interested to spend some time writing haiku. I had my first experience in high school. Here a a couple of resources that I shared earlier on my blog. The other is my "Notes from a Haiku Workshop." It was a workshop held by Terri French,Regional Coordinator for the Southeast Region of The Haiku Society of America.
